We have just realised that today is the 4th anniversary of us taking on this little business.

4 years of hard work, early mornings, late nights and rainy days mixed in with sunny weekends ..... and we absolutely love it still !!!!!

The reason that we didn't notice that we should be celebrating is because our Darling daughter, our hard working front of house, was 18 a couple of days ago and the weekend has been spent helping her celebrate, eating cake (made by Espresso Cornwall cakes obviously!) and then we disappeared and drank Espresso Martinis and left her and her pals to it at home !

Here's to the next year of crazy, coffee and cakes !!!!!!

We are all set up for day two at Enys Gardens for the Antiques and Decorative fair. Thanks to Ludgate House Antiques for having us back, the van is in the gardens and our horsebox is outside the house. Come and see us for a fabulous Cornish Coffee or a sweet treat from Espresso Cornwall Cakes

Man down = van down !

Really sorry for the VERY last minute cancellation for today, but man flu (more commonly known as a heavy cold) has hit me quite hard this morning. I could probably get out and serve coffees but I can assure each and every customer, it's not a pretty sight watching me sneeze all over a cappuccino.

Normal service (if I am ever normal ?) will be resumed as soon as possible.

It's almost midday, and I am sat in the dentist waiting to have a broken tooth fixed.

I will do my best to see all of my Monday customers, but it may be that I don't make it today (I've got a very numb face and am dribbling everywhere !)

Hopefully I managed to tell all of our daily customers, but for those of you that were not aware, we are away until Tuesday the 8th of September whilst we embark on a week long market research project in Greece.

We hope that you will miss us, but our Cornish Coffee and Espresso Cornwall Cakes will be back with you very soon, once we have finished sampling, the so far, inferior brews in Zante.

The Pina Coladas are not too shabby and we will keep on sampling them in between our caffeine fixes to ensure the right balance of flavours.

It's a hard life as they say, but somebody has to do it !

We will do our best to keep you updated, see you all next week.
