Experience in the UK and Denmark as Food Safety and Health and Safety Consultant, Auditor and Trainer within Environmental Health Services.

I moved to Denmark for love and to start a family in 2014. Now I am creating a business to match my unique set of skills, qualifications and experience, including life experience. I am open, adaptable, approachable and generally quite animated. As a business I enjoy saving customers money, finding simple, hassle-free solutions and helping to build a good reputation and improve standards. I really enjoy training, helping people learn but also I aspire to be entertaining and witty. One day I will be able to convey my enthusiasm in Danish but for now I offer training in English. I also translate Danish-English in this technical subject as am well rehearsed in Food Safety terminology. It also improves my Danish.
