A little reminder to return your glass milk bottles ♻️
If you receive your milk in glass bottles, we’d love your help! Please remember to return your empty bottles to your milkman so they can be washed, refilled, and reused.

At the moment, we lose around 12,000 bottles every single day - bottles that could have gone back into circulation and been used again and again.

Reusing glass bottles is far better for the environment than recycling them:

💚 Cuts carbon emissions

A big thank you to the wonderful people of Pool, for all your kind messages after my crash on friday! Myself, and Nova (the dog) are feeling much better for a weekends rest.

Thanks again to Jim the milkman, for coming out of retirement and helping me complete the Friday milkround. I would have been really stuck without his help and truck.

I have collected a replacement vehicle today, so after an unpleasant and hectic 48 hours, I think normal service can be resumed!

Just two more rounds until I finish for christmas, very much looking forward to a few refreshing pints on Wednesday (I don't mean milk!) 🍻
