IS IT THAT GOOD?

The cote de boeuf is a thick cut bone-in ribeye and it’s oozing with flavour! The rib section contains more fat marbling throughout, which renders during cooking and helps to baste the meat adding lovely flavour. Whilst cooking over binchotan charcoal it’s basted heavily with beef butter, this helps the colour and flavour develop. If you’re looking for next level steak, look no further.

Booking ahead is always advised but we do keep a couple of tables free for walk ins.
