That was one seriously busy week. Pop ups, corporate events and private parties this week has had all of them.

Drum roll please.........we have Sunday off yay, well apart from dough making for Monday.

We are thinking of setting up a village run like the chip vans do.
2 or 3 villages on a specific night during the week.
Something like Warmington, Elton, Wansford one night. Nassington, Woodnewton, Apethorpe another night that kind of thing with obviously other villages covered as well. Let us have your thoughts please.

Sunday and the old silverbacks are working. Today it's a wedding we are really excited to be cooking at later on.
A couple of pop ups for you this week.

Monday sees us at The Crown Inn, Elton from 4.30 until 7.30pm. A little bonus as it's their music night.

Friday we head back to one of our favourites, Thrapston Cattle market for Handpicked W**e Box this is always a good, and busy, evening where they change the market into their very appealing w**e bar experience.

A lovely surprise in the post this morning. At first we thought it was some boring letter saying how the government is helping small businesses etc etc but no it wasn't.

A truly lovely letter thanking us for volunteering to feed the firefighters at Holme Fen during the recent wild fires from the MP of the area.

To say we are walking around with chests puffed out is an understatement and we cannot forget the generous donation the Queens Head Inn Restaurant gave towards some of our costs.

As the weekend comes to an end we look forward to next week.

First up is our very own local watering hole The Queen's Head in Nassington. 4.30 until 7.30 with a super special on.

Thursday we return to Oundle market from 10am.
