Our puchka is everyone’s favourite starter. The crispy hollow shell, called a puri, is made from mixed flour. We fill it with a spicy potato and chickpea mixture, then serve it to you with a tangy tamarind chaser. You can either dip your puri into the tamarind water, or pour the liquid into the shell. The idea is to then pop it straight into your mouth in one! Give it a go on your next visit...

Here at the Ministry of Flavour restaurant, we’ll serve you an authentic Indian feast bursting with exotic flavour, at honest prices.

Perfect for an intimate meal for two where you can both share some delicious dishes and small plates, along with bread to tear and sweet treats for afters. You’ll also find a range of cocktails, wines and beers from the bar to choose from.

We’re in the heart of Penzance’s historic Chapel Street, providing you with what we believe will be the best Indian food you’ve ever had.

Join us from 5 - 6pm for cocktail hour when we’re offering two cocktails for £14.

Or if a beer and a biryani’s more your thing, from 5 - 7pm we can offer you both for £12.95.
