You can always rely on mum to give you an ego boost 😂

We held a highly scientific test run last weekend of our Pork Belly Burnt Ends with Cherry Sauce and the Whiskey Honey Chicken. The feedback from one of our esteemed culinary critics was glowing: “The meat was mouthwatering, juicy, tender, and melted in the mouth.” Thanks Mum 😉

We’re thrilled to announce our very first Winter BBQ event – and if all goes well, it’ll be the start of many more!

Expect mouth-watering food from Smoking Axes, hip hop beats from DJ Carl Lavender, and a lively performance from Tin Man Revolution to keep us dancing into the evening. (I recently saw them at a friend’s birthday and their energy was incredible!)
