Well that's a wrap on a busy and hot weekend!!
Saturday - garden party for 50.
Quail eggs and fresh local asparagus, homemade hollandaise sauce.
Thai beef, slaw, feta salad and hot new pots.
Olive oil or strawberry ice cream in a cone.
A giant cheese board!

Sunday - dinner party for 18.
Quail eggs, smoked salmon and caviar blinis, steak and salsa Verde.
Thai inspired chicken, slaw, asparagus and potatoes.
Raspberry fool with lemon biscuits.

First wedding of the year... and the hottest day of the year.
Canapes
Tomato salad with wasabi macarpone cream, pickled shallots and bread.
Spit roast lamb with a selection of salads, houmous and flat bread.
Cake, fresh berries and cream.
Cheese board and coffee.
