Sunday roast overlooking the vineyard? 🍷

This week our choice of Sunday Roasts are slow roasted blade of beef, roasted confed chicken, a British venison haunch or mushroom wellington. Available alongside a selection of favourites from our lunch menu.

🍴A Full English Breakfast this weekend?🍴

This is far too delicious. Two thick-cut bacon rashers and two plump meaty bangers from award winning local butcher Owen Taylor. Crispy Wolds hash brown made fresh in house. Rich crumbly black pudding from the superb The Fruit Pig Company. Welbeck Bakehouse sourdough alongside two eggs cooked to your liking. Field mushroom, roasted tomato and classic Heinz baked beans.

A retired truck driver said it is the best breakfast he's ever had. Come try it for yourself, book a table via the link in the bio to avoid disappointment.

🥂 Our 2025 vintage is now available 🥂

Oh boy, what a line up. We are really pleased to say that our wines for the 2025 harvest are now available, looking fab and tasting absolutely banging 🥂🥂🥂🍾

You all know Solay and Pink Rush, our fizzy white and fizzy pink. Both flew off the shelves last year and we expect the same from you booze lovers this year too. Solay needs a few more weeks in bottle but Pink Rush is ready with a rush of strawberry and raspberry fizzy goodness. 🍇

We also have the return of two wines we made in our very first vintage of 2023 although they have been renamed. Mischievous is our 100% Chardonnay - no oak, just clean and fruity. Fieldsong is our Pinot Noir and Meunier blend (previously called Pinky Pinots) which was a favourite and we are really pleased to be able to make this again. 🤤

New for this vintage and already causing a storm are Sunbound, our still orange, and Ramble, our still red. Absolutely thrilled how these two turned out - think a lot of these will end up at home...so yummy 😋

As usual, all grown, made and bottled at the estate by us. Proper Nottingham wine. 🍷

Only available from the vineyard either to take home or enjoy in the cafe. Come by and have a taste. 🍾

🍇Harvest Volunteers Needed🍇

Harvest is upon us...and we would love some help. Would you like to join us for a morning of grape picking followed by snacks and cake in the vineyard? If so please get in touch for more details. No prior experience necessary and we will provide the snips.

First pick will be Tuesday 8th September when we bring the Solaris into the winery. More dates will follow. 🥂

I can now! Thanks to your feedback we have installed acoustic panels over the main seating areas in the cafe 🥂

When we were busy the cafe was a little loud with chitter chatter and laughter that echoed around the room making it a little uncomfortable for some (especially those with hearing aides). Acoustic panels to the rescue🦸These panels should dampen the echo meaning the chitter chatter can continue without it being uncomfortably loud. Result!

❄️ COOL DRINKS ❄️

Want to cool down? We've got a great selection of cool local drinks ready to sip and enjoy.

On the coffee front provide the beans we provide the ice. Iced coffee at its best.

Our wines and ciders (along with some guest makers) are perfectly suited to the hot weather, we would recommend our Little Reds - a chilled fizzy red that is bursting with dark fruity flavours, very cheeky. The last of the '24 Solay will be available on Saturday. When it's gone it's gone but the 2025 vintage will be ready in a few weeks (along with the Pink Rush!).

And we have beers too from great local makers such as Black Iris, Neon Raptor and Braybrooke. Cool, crisp lagers and wonderful craft beers - now we have GF and low ABV options too. Winner.

Come join us for a glass or two (open until 5.30pm on Saturday!) Cheers All 🥂🍾🍻

🍇Pilates by the Vines in the shade of an old Ash tree 🌳

We are really excited about this one. ELEV8TION x Wolds Wine Estate host The Wine Down this Saturday at 3pm. Last tickets remain so visit the link in the bio to secure your space.

The vineyard makes the most peaceful backdrop for a Pilates sculpt session. We will be in the shade of a beautiful old Ash tree at the very top of the estate overlooking the vineyard, long grasses and orchard. Peace, tranquility, nature and stretch!

After the pilates we will stroll down to the cafe for platters and drinks (included in ticket price). An excellent way to finish off the afternoon.

This promises to be a fun, chilled and unique experience. We hope you can join us 🥂🧘

It's a meaty flavour bomb, a huge hit with our lovely customers and the whole team. Perfect with a glass of wine overlooking the vines on a sunny day like today. Who's drooling? 🤤

6oz Bavette steak, Wolds sauerkraut, Russian dressing, Ogleshield cheese on toasted rosemary focaccia. Served with crisps or upgrade to fries ❤️

🩷 Rosé or 🍏 Cider Summer? We've got it covered.

With this heat we have been enjoying a lot of rosés and ciders. The beautiful crisp zingy fruit giving a mouthwatering refreshing taste.

On the rosé side we have a wine made at the Estate by from his grapes grown just down the road in Leicestershire and a guest rosé from further afield by the glass too. Both delightful. (Look out for the return of our very own Pinky Pinots later this year - it was a firm favourite back in 2024 and sold out fast)

On the cider side you are spoilt for choice as we have stills, sparklings and co-ferments available. All made by us from local hand picked apples. Tasty.

Who is going to join us for a few glasses or bottles? 🥂

(In this heat do stay hydrated with lots of water too!)
