Can you believe this is food?!

The Final Reel:
White chocolate & ginger mousse, rum caramel soaked sponge, Granny Smith apple reel and tempered chocolate. Served with a Granny Smith apple & ginger granita on the side in the cutest reel tin.

Proud is an understatement!

Where do I start!?

It was an honour and privilege to be invited back to take part in one of Britains most prestigious chef competitions

The passion and perseverance that goes into it, is only something you will know if you take the risk. Risk is where the reward is and failure is not the end.

The success is coming up with dishes which may never have landed on a menu before. The spice blast is now a SIGNATURE and will be making appearances at dinner parties & future events.

So glad .p & liked it! 💥
