⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 STARS AGAIN FOR GM CATERING!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, we've just had our 2 yearly visit from Environmental Health and I'm so happy to say we've been awarded **5 STARS AGAIN!!** 🥳❤️

I'm really pleased with this, as anyone who knows me knows how much time, love and hard work goes into GM Catering. There's so much that goes on behind the scenes that people don't see, so it's lovely to have that recognised. 🥰

Now I don't want this to come across as me having a moan 😂 but I do think it's really important to say...

**Being registered with Environmental Health and following food hygiene standards is something every caterer should be doing as standard.** It's not something extra, it's how it should be.

I know there will always be someone who can offer a buffet cheaper than us, and that's absolutely fine. But when you're booking someone to prepare food for your special occasion, please just make sure they're registered, following the correct food safety procedures and have the right knowledge and training.

A 5 star rating isn't just a sticker on the wall to me. It's reassurance that we're doing everything we can to prepare your food safely and properly.

I put my heart into GM Catering and would never want to cut corners just to be the cheapest. I want people to book with us knowing they're in safe hands. ❤️

And to all our lovely customers, thank you for keeping us busy, recommending us and supporting our little ゚viralシ business. It honestly means more than you know.

Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who messages me for menus, prices and quotes. I really do appreciate every enquiry and everyone who thinks of GM Catering for their event.

I just have one little favour to ask 🙏

If you’ve asked me for a menu or quote, please can you let me know if you’d like to go ahead or if you’ve decided to go somewhere else.

Please don’t feel bad saying you’ve gone elsewhere — I honestly don’t mind! 😂 I know people get different quotes and have to go with what works best for them.

It’s just really helpful if you let me know either way. A quick “Yes please, we’d like to book” or “Thanks, but we’ve gone elsewhere” is all I need. ❤️

I spend quite a lot of time doing admin and chasing people to see if they still want their date, and that time could be better spent elsewhere — usually in the kitchen! 😂

So please don’t ignore me because you feel awkward saying no… I promise I won’t be offended! 😂❤️

As always, thank you so much for keeping me busy and supporting GM Catering. It really does mean a lot.

It honestly feels like we blinked and the year disappeared! 😂

Our DECEMBER DIARY IS NOW OPEN for all things festive! 🎅🏼✨

🍴 Day 1 & 2 of 4 for !

We’re two days into a busy 4 days of catering for Nuvo Accountants 🙌

Plenty of fresh sandwiches, savouries and tasty treats heading out of the GM Catering kitchen, keeping everyone well fed! 😋🥪🍰

We absolutely love looking after our corporate clients, especially when they keep inviting us back. ❤️

🎉 We’ve practically moved into Costock Road Pavilion & Sports Ground, East Leake this weekend! 😂

Friday night saw us delivering 6 sandwich platters for a 21st birthday party, just to add a little extra to their own catering. 🥪🥳

Then last night we were back again, this time with the full spread for a lovely 70th birthday celebration! 🎂🎈

We love that you don’t always need the full works from us — whether it’s a few platters to help bulk out your own buffet or you want us to take care of the lot, GM Catering can work around you. ❤️

Two birthdays, two nights and the same lovely venue! 🥂
