The Lobster Pot Nottingham was established in 2001 by Wat & Pensri Pongsawang. Their background being ex head chef's at The Sala Thai Restaurant (Nottingham's 1st Thai Restaurant opened in 1989) and also Loch Fyne Oyster Bar in Nottingham. From their experience in Thai & Seafood saw the creation which is now The Lobster Pot Nottingham! Now owned and ran by their youngest son Chatchai 'Der' Pongsaw
