We are seeking to employ (from the start of November 2026) an energetic & dynamic Restaurant Manager to replace our lovely Ethan who is excitedly emigrating to NZ after many years of fabulous hospitality for our guests. You will work alongside Vikki & Craig in our vibrant 29 cover dining establishment.
This is a hands-on role, definitely not an office role. You will be front & centre at daily lunch & dinner services, ensure exceptional guest experiences for our many regulars & new guests alike. Your skills & personality will assist us to build on The Wee Restaurant's 20-year success in hospitality. Your attention to detail will match ours, maintaining our high standards. If you thrive in fast-paced small restaurant settings and have a passion for excellence this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!
