This week We have 5 cattle from our own farm at Tullyear Banbridge just 1 mile from our shop , all Limousin , great shapes with extra fine bone ! You can’t get more local than that 😉.Some of the forequarters (Mince stewing etc) will be available for sale at the end of next week . We will dry age the hindquarters ( roasts / steaks for 28 days so they will be available next month !
