It's Falmouth Oyster Festival week! 🥂🦪

This Thursday, we kick off another year of celebrations to mark the start of the oyster dredging season through an incredible programme of chef demos, music & foodie experiences!

The Falmouth Oyster Festival is a free-to-attend event, packed with live cookery demonstrations from the South West's top chefs - showing you how to prepare and cook native oysters & much more like a pro - plus street food traders, an artisan market, children's activities, live music acts throughout the day to ticketed masterclasses & evening headliners.

Explore the incredible array of experiences and food & drink masterclasses on offer at this year’s Falmouth Oyster Festival! From cruises on the Fal Estuary slurping on Fresh Oysters & Fizz to getting hands on in the kitchen with a cookery masterclass from our incredible chef lineup.
