It's no secret that we've been having a few issues recently; heating not working, draft being off, etc. BUT, we're sorted and back. We've got heating that actually works and Guinness flowing. We've also stocked up on plenty of alcohol free options to keep the sanctimonious amongst you happy

Meet Josh, the newest face behind the bar at Ro!

Josh joined us just three-weeks ago, bringing not only a passion for mixology but also an impressive background - he holds a degree in Forensic Science.

𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦? To open his own forensic laboratory one day.

When he’s not crafting drinks, Josh’s go-to cocktail is the Black Forest Espresso Martini. As for wine, he’s a fan of our Corvina Negrar, appreciating both its depth and the artistry of its label.

Meet the team: Annabelle

Currently in her final year of university studying languages, Annabelle dreams of traveling the world once she’s finished her degree, with Argentina at the top of her list.

Before joining us, Annabelle worked as a teacher, and she also has a love for the saxophone - perhaps a live saxophone night at Ro is on the horizon?

When it comes to drinks, Annabelle’s favorite cocktail is the Mushroom Old Fashioned, and her wine of choice is the delightfully bold "No Grigio No Gris Bulls**t Drink" - a true Grauburgunder masterpiece.
