If you loved our Watermelon co-ferment, then this is for you.

Jairo Arcila, with his 30+ years in coffee, has done it again with another exceptional co-ferment. Brought to us by Cofinet, a coffee exporter set up by his sons, it packs a fruity cup full of sparkling apple and elderflower, with sweet notes of maple syrup and cherry fizz 🍒

Following a very successful launch back in May this year, Café Eldon has now launched afternoon tea, alongside its brunch and lunch menu- and of course, North Shore Coffee.

As you can see, the French toast was a hit with Jonny 😅

New Release: Nicaragua La Picona 🍐

The ripe cherries of this Maracaturra are rested for 18 hours after sorting, before being allowed to ferment in tanks for 24 - 36 hours.

In the cup, expect a juicy mouth feel, sweet citrus, floral honey and gentle malic acidity 🍯
