💙 Little Connections starts tomorrow!

Little Connections is a welcoming play session for children under five with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with or without a diagnosis.

These supportive sessions give little ones the opportunity to build confidence, connect with others and learn through play in a safe and inclusive environment.

💙 As Youth Mental Health Day approaches the Ways to Wellbeing Team here at Children North East would like to offer you the opportunity to come along to our sessions for parents and carers. We offer these informal sessions to equip you with the knowledge and skills to support your children/ young people's mental health and wellbeing.

We also cover topics such as Understanding Mental Health, School Avoidance, Self-Harm, Suicidal Thoughts, Eating Disorders and Communication & Conflict. Please get in touch to find out more, we would love to hear from you!

Regarding Little Minds in Mind, supportive group from pregnancy to 2 years old- Mondays at 1-2 at Cowgate Family Hub.

Due to staff changes, we will be pausing the drop in group session.
It will recommence on Monday 5th October.
