Running a small business means putting everything into what you do… so seeing false or misleading reviews online can genuinely have a huge impact.

We’d always encourage honest feedback and if there’s ever an issue with food or service, please raise it with us at the time so we can actually do something about it. That’s how good businesses improve.

Recently, we received a review containing some really serious allegations. No concerns were raised properly in venue and, as many of our regulars know, we pride ourselves on quality, consistency and looking after people who walk through our doors.

We’re not asking anyone to jump online and flood us with reviews or comments. We just think it’s important people remember that not everything you read online is always the full story, especially when it comes to claims that can seriously damage a small independent business.

That said… if someone’s going out their way to try knock us down, we must be doing something right 😉🐔

We appreciate every single person who supports us, recommends us, leaves honest reviews and keeps us busy week after week. It genuinely means more than you know 👊
