Not given this page the love it deserves the last month so here are a few photos from a job I did .

We have pork belly crackling with creamy mash potato and a apple cider and whole grain mustard seed sauce.

And on the right a duck liver pate with toasted sourdough bread and caramelized onions.

Really proud of this one, been a while since I cooked a dish that I've been dying to get my hands on.
Pan fried Cauliflower steak, pea and mint puree with parsnip crisps black truffle shavings and a paprika spiced jus
