Yeah. We came to work.

Local crew.
A stupid amount of dough.
Neo pizzas flying out at the festival.
NY slices holding it down at HWB.

No “mouthwatering”.
No “tasty treats”.
No telling you how delicious everything was.

That’s not really our thing.

We make pizza.
We make a lot of it.
And today Narberth absolutely fu***ng got it.

Day one. Smashed.

Our 2nd Home.
Our crew.
Our pizza.

Same again tomorrow.

Where have you been?

Seriously.

We’ve been dragging ovens around this corner of Wales for two years, feeding people in fields, car parks, breweries, weddings, festivals and anywhere else we can get away with it.

And now we’ve got an actual Slice Shop in the middle of Narberth.

So this weekend we’re doing the sensible thing…

BOTH.

NARBERTH FOOD FESTIVAL. WE’RE BACK. 🍕🛹

At this point, if you’re from West Wales and you still don’t know who Maggie & Mo’s are… really? 😂

We’ve spent the last couple of years dragging ovens around fields, car parks, weddings, festivals and pretty much anywhere else someone will let us set fire to some gas and make pizza.

And this weekend we’re back at Narberth Food Festival for the second year running.

Full Pizza Faithful roll-out.
A frankly unreasonable amount of dough.
Neo pizzas coming out hot all weekend.

And because apparently one Maggie & Mo’s in Narberth isn’t enough, the Slice Shop at HWB is open too — meaning for the first time you can get our Neo pizza AND our massive New York slices in the same town on the same weekend.

No tweezers.
No edible flowers.
No twelve-paragraph story about where the tomato grew up.

Just pizza.

OUR SUPERPOWER IS DOUGH. 🍕

It’s not the sexy bit.
It doesn’t get the cheese pull.
Nobody takes a photo of a dough ball and sticks it on their story.

But it’s the whole bloody thing.

Every pizza we sell starts the same way — flour, water, yeast, salt, time and a lot of hands-on work.

Mixed from scratch.
Portioned by hand.
Balled by hand.
Then given 48 hours to cold ferment before it gets anywhere near an oven.

No bought-in dough. No frozen bases. No shortcuts.

Whether it ends up stretched into a Neo at a wedding, flying out of Elvis at a festival, or becoming an 18” New York pie at the Slice Shop — we make it.

And we make a lot of the bloody stuff. 😂

We spend loads of time banging on about toppings, specials, ovens and whatever ridiculous thing David has decided to put between two slices of pizza this week…

But none of it works without the dough.

That’s our superpower. 🖤🍕

DAVID’S DAILY 🍕🥪

Today’s effort: THE PIZZA SANDWICH.

Two fat slices of Cheese Pie, sliced beef, gherkins, mustard and a load of hard cheese over the top.

David’s Daily is basically our excuse to mess about with food.

We’re not trying to do fancy food with tweezers. No foams. No dots of sauce carefully placed around a plate. 😂

This is hangover food.

The sort of thing you’d make at 11am on a Sunday by opening the fridge, staring into it for 30 seconds and thinking “yeah… that’ll work.”

Sometimes it’ll be genius. Sometimes it’ll be ridiculous. Probably quite often both.

Different one every day. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

Today though… pizza sandwich. And it absolutely bangs. 🤘🍕
