A few months back some of you may have noticed us baking panettone completely out of season 😅 well we decided to bite the bullet and enter the great taste awards to see how we would do amongst so many incredible producers. We couldn’t think of a more fitting product of ours to enter as a first time entry. Given producing a panettone is an incredibly difficult task, one that is seen as one of the trickiest & technically challenging breads to create. The results have come in today and were soo proud to announce that our classic panettone has achieved 2 stars from the judges
