We have officially submitted our planning application to Perth & Kinross Council for an exciting expansion of Coorie Inn, and we could not be more thrilled to share it with you. 🥂
The plans include new bedrooms (with fully accessible accommodation), extended dining and bar spaces, a sedum green roof and solar panels. It is a step forward not just in size, but in what we can genuinely offer every guest who walks through our door.
And there is something a little special tucked into these plans too. The expansion would reunite the inn with the old Coachhouse next door, a building that was separated from us back in 1983 and has lain derelict for many years. After more than 40 years apart, it feels right that they continue their future together.
We know this is not a today for tomorrow project, there is a long road ahead, but we are excited to set our goals and start walking towards them.
