We’re really, very excited to be showing our next exhibition ‘Hunter’s Moon’ - photography by artist Netti Habel.
Netti’s award winning photography is beautifully understated, otherworldly and intriguing. Her artistic voice developed during her time living and working for a decade at Halsdon Mill in Devon and its 50- acre ancient woodland. She would roam the land at night with her camera while her children slept.
In this exhibition of works we have nightscapes and lunar Portraits which are both captivating, and a little haunting. Her lunar photography uses the moon as her sole light source. She works in remote environments, responding to lunar cycles, seasons and the weather.
Originally from Berlin and having spent her formative years in London, Netti is now based in Devon.
Her work is held in private collections in the UK
