At Aurora Foxes, our students learn hospitality and catering skills in a real working hotel, gaining the confidence and independence they need to thrive in life and work.

We're looking for an experienced chef to join us as a Chef Tutor to join our team at Foxes Hotel Minehead.

You don't need to be a teacher. If you've worked in a professional kitchen and enjoy sharing your knowledge, we'll provide all the training and support you need.

Every day, you'll be helping young adults build practical skills, confidence and brighter futures, while continuing to do what you do best.

You don’t have to be a hotel resident to come and enjoy the incredible atmosphere at Foxes Hotel Minehead. 💙

Delicious food crafted by expert Chefs as they train young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

The warmest welcome from our front of house team and the students working alongside them to develop the skills to pursue a career in hospitality.

The food is beautiful and so is the experience.

Bar food like burgers and salads available Monday – Saturday 12pm – 8pm.

A La Carte seasonal menu available in the restaurant Monday - Saturday 5:30pm – 8pm.

Presenting two brand new starters for cosy Autumn evenings at Foxes Hotel Minehead. 🤤👍

First we have a delicious homemade Game Terrine.

Served with pickled blackberries and a slice of toasted sourdough (GFO)

Inspired by the rich game traditions of Somerset and the surrounding countryside, this rustic
terrine is packed with deep, savoury flavours. Paired with sharp pickled blackberries and toasted
sourdough. Yum!

Or there are the Goat’s Cheese Bon Bons.

Breaded goat’s cheese bon bons in a golden crumb, served with homemade beetroot ketchup and
dressed rocket (GF)(V).

The Autumn Evening Menu is available Monday to Saturday 5:30pm – 8pm and is served in the seafront restaurant of Foxes Hotel Minehead.
