And just like that, autumn is here 🍂
Summer flew by so quickly, but it was full of wonderful moments, colour and unforgettable memories.

A special thank you to all the couples who chose Milton Keynes Macarons Cakes for their wedding cakes. It is truly an honour for me to be a small part of your special celebrations and family memories ❤️

In this photo, you can see two cakes made for one wedding. As some of the guests were vegan, we created a Vegan Snickers cake 🥜 especially for them. For the other guests, there was a delicious Strawberry & Lime cake 🍓🍋

Every celebration is unique, and I love creating something special so that everyone can enjoy a sweet moment together!

Here's a gorgeous vegan and gluten-free cake I recently made! 🌱✨
It has a Snickers-inspired filling and weighs 4 kg.

Making vegan cakes is much more challenging than making traditional ones. Vegan ingredients behave completely differently. Even plant-based cream, made entirely from vegan ingredients, works very differently from dairy cream. The same goes for cream cheese, butter and chocolate. On top of that, I want every vegan cake to be just as delicious and just as beautiful as a traditional one.

I think I absolutely rose to the challenge! 💚
