What a tremendous day today, Good Friday, thank you to each and everyone who waited so patiently in a very long queue. Can’t believe how many turned out to support us honestly can’t thank you all enough.

Also have to mention what a fantastic team absolutely amazing well done and a huge thank you to you too, you all worked like troopers your all super stars 🌟

I hope you all have a lovely Easter and if you didnt want to face the queues today we are back open Saturday 11:30- & 4-8

So we didn’t receive the accolade of supreme champion but against 1040 pie we were in the top 78 and in total received 9 awards.

Chicken curry highly commended/gold.
Lamb won 2 x silver & a bronze
Steak & kidney in red wine gravy silver & bronze
Fish bronze
Curried goat bronze ( yes that was the one mentioned on
Middleton miners (Cornish style) x 2 bronze

It’s official we are jet setting down to Melton Mowbray on Friday!
We have been shortlisted for the Supreme Champion at this years British Pie Awards!!!! Eeeee excited!!!
Will know the final results tomorrow (Friday)
