Bosco Catering Ltd is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Chef to join our friendly catering team.

The role is primarily daytime work, with additional evening and weekend work for functions and events when required. There is also the opportunity for extra hours during busy periods and holiday cover.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Preparing high-quality meals for our clubhouse bar menu.
✅ Assisting with weddings, parties, golf events and external catering.
✅ Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
✅ Completing food safety and HACCP paperwork.
✅ Working as part of a small, friendly and professional team.

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible approach to working hours and locations.

What we offer:
✔ Competitive rate of pay.
✔ 28 days’ holiday (pro rata).
✔ Workplace pension.
✔ Additional hours available during busy periods.
✔ Immediate start.
