The most amazing two weeks. 🤍

Some experiences stay with you, and this will certainly be one of them.

Anyone who knows me knows how much I have admired Dame Judi Dench for years, so to have had the privilege of cooking for Judi and her family over the past couple of weeks has been one of those slightly surreal, pinch-me moments.

Creating menus, gathering around the table, sharing stories, laughing and doing what we love most — looking after people through food.

Thank you, Judi, and your wonderful family for welcoming us so warmly and for your incredibly kind words about Earth & Soul and our food. Coming from someone I have admired for such a long time, it means more than I can put into words.

From Cornwall, with a much bigger table.

Earth & Soul began with a simple idea — beautiful food, generous tables and bringing people together.

Over the years, those tables have taken us into some pretty special places.

We've cooked in holiday homes overlooking the Cornish coast, around kitchen islands, over fire, for intimate dinners, long lunches, weddings, celebrations, retreats and houses full of family and friends.

And now we're growing.

The heart of Earth & Soul isn't changing.
We'll still cook the way we always have — seasonal British produce, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influence, big flavours, beautiful ingredients and food made with soul.

We're simply taking it further.

We're pressing pause on breakfast at The Ring O' Bells for now so we can focus on making the most of a busy summer season. This gives our team the opportunity to settle into the rhythm of our first season and continue delivering the best experience possible.

We'd like to thank everyone who has joined us for breakfast so far, and we look forward to welcoming you for lunch, dinner, drinks, and all the great times ahead. We'll keep you updated if and when breakfast returns.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll help deliver fresh, home-cooked food in our busy traditional pub while assisting with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
