How do people make it look so easy smoothing out the sides?? I had at least 3 breakdowns and I swore a lot but I got there in the end with the help of my eldest calming me down 😆

Little P is at nursery today and Mr P has a day off so we thought we would enjoy a peaceful brunch at a beautiful local business in Caister called Lottie’s ☕

The cinnamon brioche french toast with a latte was delicious 🍌🍓

I would definitely recommend 🥰

After a slow Sunday I ended up with only a few bakes left so thank you so much to everyone who visited 🤗

I'm now enjoying a piece of leftover Lemon Swiss Meringue cake with a cup of tea 🍋☕

Biscoff Cookie Dough Croissant - edible white chocolate and Biscoff biscuit cookie dough stuffed inside a croissant and topped with white chocolate, Biscoff spread and topped with a Biscoff biscuit. Big enough to share 🥐

Lemon Swiss Meringue Cake (inspired by Birdys Bakehouse 🌙) - lemon sponge topped with lemon curd and finished with toasted swiss meringue 🍋

Chocolate Fudge Sprinkle Cake - rich chocolate fudge cake topped with chocolate icing and sprinkles 🍫 Out of all the things I bake this is always the bake I recommend, it's my absolute favourite 🤩

Raspberry Ripple Cookie Pie - white chocolate cookie dough filled with white chocolate, raspberry jam, freeze dried raspberries and raspberry swiss roll. Topped with more white chocolate and freeze dried raspberries 🍥

Mars & Caramel Stuffed Cookie - cookie dough stuff with chunks of Mars bar and filled with caramel 🍪
