How to respond to Uber Eats:
Depending on where you’re seeing the question (app, email, form, etc.), you can write something like:

“I am currently the only person working on this account. I do not have a substitute, and I complete all deliveries by myself.”
If they require a yes/no answer:
• Select “No” when asked “Do you use a substitute?”
• Or choose: “I do not have a substitute” (if that option is available)

If Uber Eats is blocking your account or won’t let you continue without answering:
1. Go to the Help section in the Uber Eats Driver app
2. Tap: Account > I have an issue with my account
3. Write:
“Uber Eats is asking about a substitute. I do not have one, I work alone and complete deliveries myself. Please help me proceed.”
You can also contact them through the website support or at a local Greenlight Hub (if available in your city).
