We had our annual Staff appreciation BBQ yesterday in the beautiful Roman Lakes in Marple. All 3 of our restaurants joined together for a fun day out! The Mekong Cat has been crazy busy this year, and it's been nice for everyone to bond outside of work.

I'm often asked if I eat at my restaurants a lot. I absolutely do! The Mekong Cat is probably my favourite to eat at among all my restaurants. This was the kind of restaurant my family and I would often visit growing up in Southern California. There was a big Southeast Asian community there, with places like The Mekong Cat. Affordable, casual, and food-focused. My go-to is probably the Phnom Penh Noodles or Spicy Bun Bo Hue.
