Both the White Horse and The Lamb are working together to reduce antisocial behaviour in our community - not just for ourselves, but for everyone!

Drugs, violence and anti social behaviour will NOT be tolerated at either establishment.

As such, we now have a dual ‘barred’ policy, which means you will not be able to enter either pub or its grounds if you get barred from one.

It’s sad we have had to take this approach but we stand in solidarity with The Lamb and want to help keep the Mitcheldean community (and our staff!) safe as well as proving great safe spaces for people to come together.

As you all know, a lot of hard work went into re-opening The Lamb as a community pub. Les and the whole team have worked incredibly hard to create a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for everyone.

Unfortunately, we are seeing incidents involving drugs, excessive alcohol, and violence on a weekly basis. This behaviour has never been tolerated at The Lamb, and it never will be. If it continues, you are putting at risk the privilege of having your community pub.

Most importantly, this behaviour puts our staff at risk, and their safety is Lesley’s number one priority.

Moving forward, anyone found causing or involved in drugs, violence, or unacceptable behaviour will be permanently refused entry and banned.

Les and the team want everyone who walks through our doors to have a positive experience and to be proud to call The Lamb their local. We ask everyone to work with us, respect one another, and help keep our pub the safe, friendly community venue it was always intended to be.

We’ll be opening our doors from 11:30pm on Sunday ahead of the 1:00am match! 🍻

To ensure everyone has a great night, please respect the following:

🔞 Strictly NO under 18s will be admitted.
🚫 The beer garden will be closed – please respect our neighbours.
🤫 When leaving, please do so quietly and be mindful of local residents.
🚬 If you need to smoke, please use the back entrance only and keep noise to an absolute minimum.

As a one off, we will also not be offering food for this match.
