Back with another episode of From The Source, this time we headed to sunny Cornwall to visit our coffee partners ☕️

This time, we headed to Cornwall to visit our coffee partners, Origin Coffee, and see where every batch of our Stronghold Blend is roasted before making its way to our farms.

Origin has spent over 20 years championing speciality coffee, and that commitment to quality is exactly why we choose to work with them. While most people know us for our food, we work with Origin as we know they put the same care into their coffee too.

The Stronghold blend starts here, before being delivered fresh to our stores to be used in your morning coffee every day.

We’re back with another episode of From The Source, this time with to see where the fish for our LDN Gochujang Salmon is sourced 🎣

They took us to the iconic Billingsgate Fish Market to meet the incredible Scottish salmon suppliers they work with directly, before bringing it back to prep, portion and deliver straight to our stores every morning before 7am.

Because, as we all know, great dishes start long before they hit the Fieldtray 🤷
