Ahead of International Women’s Day 2020, we want to give a big shout out to all the awesome women working with us at Caravan Coffee Roasters. 👊👊👊
⠀⠀
From those that travel the world to source the best coffee, our roasters who create the best coffee profiles and operations who ensure things are running smoothly – we couldn’t do this without you. Of course this couldn’t happen without production who get coffee to you, marketing who shout out about what we get up to and education who share their expertise to introduce you to the world of coffee.⠀ ⠀
⠀⠀
These ladies are killing it and we are proud to champion what they do, as well as all the other women we work without throughout the coffee industry, at all levels of the supply chain, from farm to cup. From our female farmers & coffee producers to coffee buyers, suppliers & quality control – you all rock and we love working with you to drive change and push towards bringing about a fairer coffee industry for us all.
