The two faces behind the ideas, the very long days, endless taste tests and an unreasonable amount of Burnt Basque cheesecake 😂

The Toll House was born from a love of really good food, great coffee and creating a little place that feels special.

Most days you’ll find them somewhere between the kitchen and the coffee machine, discussing the next idea… usually while eating something they’re meant to be “testing”. 🤍
