We can't believe that our Reading site has been open for a whole week, and what a week it has been! 🤩

The whole team have enjoyed every second of serving our new Athenians throughout the city and, of course, getting to know each other a little better. Swipe to see some snapshots of their week. 👉👉👉

On this World Day For Safety And Health At Work, we wanted to highlight some of the processes we have in place to keep our team members and customers protected. 🤝

💻 All employees have to complete Flow Learning on day 1, covering topics such as Health and Safety, Food Safety, Food Allergens and First Aid Awareness.

🍳 Role-specific training commences as soon as our team members step foot on site.

📃 After 40 hours of initial training, each team member is briefed on the certification process specific to their role. They are assessed throughout the remainder of their probationary period and signed off based on their performance.

🦺 We also have Health and Safety managers who look after our teams and customers daily, risk assessing any potential hazards.

The safety of everyone visiting us, making our food and enjoying it has always been a high priority. As a company, we are consistently assessing our processes to improve, and as of next week, we are launching updated certification in line with our current training.
