🌧️ CLOSED TONIGHT

The weather has delayed the truck’s paintwork and we haven’t been able to start painting yet.

We’ll announce our reopening as soon as the work is finished and the truck is ready.

Thank you for bearing with us 🔧🔥

⏳🔥 “ONLY GOOD THINGS TAKE SOME TIME…”

STAGE ONE: COMPLETE.

Swipe to see where we started—and where the Mae‑Jah truck stands now.

The old green and black Gone.

We’ve stripped the truck back to basics—sanded down, prepared and getting ready for a completely new look.

It might not look glamorous yet, but this is the work that has to happen underneath before the real transformation can begin.

This truck has already lived one life. Now we’re rebuilding it properly for the next chapter of Mae‑Jah Munch.

And then a new beast of a generator turns up… 👀

New skin. More power. Bigger moves.

Put the pieces together—this can only mean one thing:

Mae‑Jah Munch is levelling up.

This is only a little preview of what’s been happening behind the scenes. Stage One is complete, but the biggest transformation is still to come.

The truck you knew is disappearing—and what replaces it will be an entirely different animal. 🔥

What colour do you think it’s going? 👇🏾

🔧🔥 MAE‑JAH IS GETTING AN UPGRADE

The new generator has arrived, the cab is being stripped, sanded and repainted, and we’re working through the upgrades needed to get Mae‑Jah Munch ready for our next pitch.

🚫 We’ll be closed this weekend while the work gets underway.

From next weekend, we’ll temporarily operate Friday–Sunday only while the upgrades continue. If everything is completed sooner than expected, we’ll return to normal service as soon as we’re ready—so keep an eye on our page for updates.

And one important menu update:

❌ No Arayes during regular service
🔥 Arayes return at Music on the Green

There will be no deliveries on the 30th because we’ll be serving at the event all day.

🔥 Well… you lot cleaned us out! 🔥

Due to the incredible demand this weekend, we’ve officially sold out and will be closed for Sunday service.

We’d rather close than serve anything below the Mae-Jah standard.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s supported us, ordered from us, shared our posts, and helped spread the word. Every order means the world to a small independent business like ours. ❤️
