After coming up with the idea for Jerk Donor Kebab (yes, that was me!), I didn’t push it forward at the time due to finances. Someone else jumped on it first, but trust me — it still hasn’t been executed the way it should. This summer, by God’s grace, I’ll show you how it’s really done.
I’ve spent time studying and researching popular foods, looking for ways to break down the barrier of long wait times often linked with Caribbean food. One of my biggest inspirations is Chinese cuisine — who doesn’t love a good Chinese? That’s where my next idea was born.
Originally, I planned to call my brand Everything Jerk because I was literally jerking everything. Most of those ideas are still on paper for now, but as Jerk Boss grows, you’ll see exactly what’s to come. This is just the beginning — creativity has no limits.
We might not always agree on faith or other things, but one thing’s universal: food is life. Diversity is a beautiful thing, especially when it comes to good food. For those who’ve been sleeping on me — it’s time to wake up. When the Lord has finished moulding me and everything falls into place, expect nothing less than excellence.
