On Thursday 28th May, Phil Howard joins forces with Māori chef Matblak for a special collaborative dinner celebrating the bold flavours and traditions of Aotearoa.

Here is the menu. The finalised line-up for the night and it’s an absolute cracker. 🔥

Having worked across some of London’s most respected kitchens including Soho House, Bluebird, Maze Grill, Caravan and Vardo, Matt brings his signature live-fire cooking style to the table alongside Phil Howard for this exclusive one-off menu.

Expect smoke, spice and fire-led dishes inspired by Matt’s heritage, paired with his award-winning Kai by Matblak sauces, including the legendary Blak Fire.

A vibrant, flavour-packed feast not to be missed.

Two incredible chefs. One unforgettable evening.

We are so proud to welcome Jamie Oliver to cook alongside Phil at Elystan Street for what promises to be a truly special night.

Jamie’s impact reaches far beyond the kitchen. Through his passion, generosity and tireless work supporting children, families, animal welfare and better food education, he has changed the way Britain eats and inspired millions along the way. His love for honest, beautiful ingredients and comforting, soulful food is something that has shaped generations.

Together with Phil and the E-Street team, this will be an evening celebrating hospitality, friendship and the joy of sharing incredible food around the table. Guests will enjoy a spectacular 6-course tasting menu with expertly paired wines or non-alcoholic pairings, created exclusively for this one-night-only event.

Tickets are £425 per person, inclusive of pairings, 12.5% service charge and a £200 donation from every guest supporting Chilli Con Carner and the extraordinary work they do.

Part feast, part fundraiser, this promises to become one of the great nights in E-Street history. ✨
