Bluefin tuna has returned to British waters and it’s back on the menu at Elystan Street. 🐟

We’re celebrating this exceptional fish with our take on a classic Niçoise. Fresh, elegant and full of flavour, it’s a dish that allows the quality of the tuna to take centre stage.
