Sharing these very moreish crab fritters from foodie friend 🩵

Create the batter using our fresh crab 50/50, spring onions, grated Gruyère, pinch of chilli and sea salt. Drop dollop into hot oil and rustle up a side of mayo dip (chilli oil here too if you lick it spicy).

Yes we know the heatwave is coming back so serve up with fresh green crunchy leaves and, as Siân suggests, a large cool glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Reckon Dads will love this dish too. Enjoy!

Seafood Friday and we’ve gone for top nosh al fresco with a 🦞 Lobster Roll - our whole lobster is available from Waitrose

Warm up some crusty rolls, pour a glass of wine and start working on the lobster. Once you’ve got all the delicious (and very good for you) meat out, it’s a light dressing in mayo, lemon juice and dill. Butter the roll, fill and enjoy!

Little birdy told us this week is Sandwich Week! 🥪
And the delicious crab sandwich 🦀 🥪 is a Cornish classic that can be made and enjoyed by everyone…especially now our crab pots are available in Waitrose, Tesco and in via our sister brand 🦀 🩵

Just add sunshine ☀️ - a little birdy told us that’s coming too!
Ingredients

4 slices of sourdough bread
1 x 100g pot white and brown crab meat
(For extra indulgence add 1 x 100g pot white crab meat)
Handful of wild rocket
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp olive oil
1 chopped spring onion
4-6 drops Tabasco (optional)
