Speaking of Father’s Day plans, Dad gets a cocktail on the house when you book for Father’s Day roast 🥃 👉🏻But not just any cocktail - a couple of weeks ago, the folks at Monkey Shoulder hosted a competition for this coveted title. Our bar staff battled it out to see whose creation will be the best for Dad.

Behold! The Pineapple Old Fashioned with Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, Pineapple, Blackberry and Coconut Syrup, finished with Cherry Bitters.

It makes you want to be by the beach, but it’s no Pina Colada, oh certainly not. Boozy and dangerously quaffable, it just might make dad crack a smile.

Our summer menu is refreshed and recharged with fantastic creative energy from our heads of food and drink, Head Chef Laura de Filippis and Furney Bridges. More to come 👀

1. Smoked duck breast with horseradish emulsion, beetroot gel and Arenkah caviar
2. Confit garlic for our pasta dish
3. Our serrano and manchego croquettes
4. Our Piqanté Martini with miso-infused vodka and piqante pepper-pickled ginger brine
5. Furney and our spirulina ‘mermaid’ drink
6. And the fluffy foam from our homemade soda
