Settle in. The next few hours are yours, and the pleasure is ours 🌸🫖💙
We begin with the season’s savouries: smoked courgette and basil, hoisin beetroot on a shiso skewer, coronation-spiced celeriac scattered with marigold. After savoury comes sweet, with homemade raisin scones, clotted cream and fruit preserve.
To follow, a garden of tea cakes. “Forget me not” jammy lamingtons, lemon and poppy seed with preserved lavender, jasmine and cacao nib brownie. And with each course, we are delighted to recommend a perfectly paired tea from our selection by Tea Drop
