Running Aydee's Ice Cream on my own is one of the most rewarding things I've ever done, but it definitely isn't always easy.

This summer has tested me in ways I wasn't expecting. Markets have been harder to secure, things have changed at the last minute, and I've had to make some difficult business decisions. But every challenge has taught me something valuable.

One thing I'm reminding myself is that success isn't about avoiding setbacks, it's about how you respond to them.

Here's to adapting, learning, and keeping going 🙌🏾 💚
