📢 Reservations for June have just been released, and 2 new dates have now been added to the calendar. These are Fridays 12th and 26th. We're away for the first week of June, and have a large Private Dining event scheduled on the third week, hence the gaps.

A new blackberry and almond dessert on the menu!

A dense and fudgy blackberry cake - something akin to a brownie, plays the protagonist. The offcuts from portioning the cake are dehydrated and blitzed into a coarse, crispy cake crumb. A blackberry purée is piped onto each piece of cake, and the crumbs are scattered over. A dried blackberry powder is sprinkled on top, completing the many levels of blackberry intensity. Finished with an almond ice cream to provide a nutty and creamy contrast to the fruity acidity
