Meet our exec chef and co-owner, ! 🌟 As our creative force, he cooks seasonally and sustainably across the business and inspires everyone to champion our local and wild movement. Oliver’s wild food journey began at River Cottage in Devon, drawing inspiration for our restaurant. From a young age, he was passionate about cooking, spending hours in the kitchen with his mum, crafting feasts with garden-fresh produce. When he’s not busy in the kitchen, you’ll find him foraging for his next wild idea. 🌿🍽️

It's a winter and early spring delicacy, with a harvest season typically running from February to April. Grown across the UK, it thrives in cooler climates, making it a perfect fit for British weather ☔️
