𝓜𝓸𝓷𝓭𝓪𝔂𝓼 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓪 𝓰𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓶𝓮𝓽 𝓬𝓾𝓹 ❤️☕

𝓽𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓒𝓲𝓿𝓮𝓽 𝓬𝓸𝓯𝓯𝓮𝓮 𝓯𝓻𝓸𝓶 , a coffee grower and roaster from South of India, Coorg.
Thank you for sending this, was elated while brewing and tasting it!
I came across the world's most expensive coffee, the Kopi Luwak/Civet coffee while my time in Europe where the love for coffee initially began, exploring cafés and familiarising with the third wave coffee scenes, still at a nascent stage in India but is now growing more than ever, however coming back to this but somehow never ended up tasting one.

I was gladly surprised to know that it's available in India. And then finally koffiediaries tasting session was even a step better ❤️💫

𝒎𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒐𝒐𝒏(𝒆𝒅) 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒘

Grounds : Monsooned Malabar from Coorg

A little mokapot tour with my specialty brew. To me monsoons bring a sense of the earthen, the fragrance alive and the reminiscence of mostly an unknown memoir and what better than to pour a brewed cup of with its wooden earthy - slight spiced tones.

Thank you for sending this. Thoroughly cherished.

Some tips for a good mokapot cup:

- fill the water tank with warm water,
uptil the beginning of the valve only.
- fill the filter basket with ground coffee until the top, to level only tap, I repeat tap. Do not press or flatten it with a spoon or alike
- freeze a small towel to use when the brewing is done, after turning off the stove quickly wrap the cold towel to normalise the temperature and to stop the brewing any further.
- pour a cup !
- don't forget to clean your mokapot thereafter

On a tbt stroll (in a time when one could travel) found this then pop up at Ralph Lauren's New Bond Street Flagship store. (It has been a short while since). They have cafés in NY, HK, Tokyo and few more 📍
That elegant NYC vibe with the Green-Whites and the pretty bicycle cart! This green definitely has a captivating, take me to the 'vintage' classic look. The cart was my drool 💗 love how that cup looks, everything about it - the colour, the typo and more, caught my attention enough to stop, stare and focus.
an extension of an otherwise premium fashion house into coffees, focusses on how sharing a cup of coffee is such a personal form of connect. ☕ Pause a cup between the hectic.

Hello August! A little hands on trial on planting miniature planters in coffee pods/capsules.
Most brands offering coffee machines more often than not now extend sustainable solutions by sending the pods back to them for further recycling. However I find trying to use what you can from the waste to upcycle and create some adventure stories ahead also as interesting! 🗾

🤍 do send back those majority pods however!

Finds of a quirky café where ever the strolls lead to, the happiness is pretty out there!
The geometry did strike me, guess what, its a rocketship structure! .... even more interesting is that it serves specialty coffee and doughnuts! 🍩 ➕ ☕
Definitely, one of the most funkiest places to get a coffee.
They do vegan doughnuts too. 🇬🇧

A can change a mood, provide to those who long for that good cup, that they unfortunately cannot afford at the time. Evolving lives or sometimes even saving them.
