We are two determinated and committed Italian guys from Vicenza who have grown up with a big passion for traditional home-made, grandmother style food. We come from the same area in Italy but we actually met each other in London. Since that day we both have realized how big our passion is for artisan fresh pasta. Our enthusiasm is growing bigger and bigger, day

by day, idea after idea. In our kitchen we study and design fresh pasta focusing on specialist retailers and restaurants. The philosophy behind Pasta Design is all about creating something different, emotional and we would like to make our pasta the main protagonist of your meal. Pasta Design offers different short, long and filled pasta shapes made with a particular filling.
