We’re hosting a sauerkraut making workshop at our shop Bloom Market!

You’ll learn about rescuing and preserving veggies through the age-old processes of fermentation and pickling.

Bring a couple of jars and a tea towel - we’ll provide the rest!

We want to make the workshop as accessible as possible, so the cost will be refunded upon arrival.

Our lovely customers (that's you!) helped us save 2679 KG of surplus fruit and veg last month just by buying a box! Surplus produce is just unsold and over ordered fruit and veg in the wholesale market, which we specialise in finding homes for.
