We’re down to the final spots for our 2026/2027 Supported Internship cohort with our wonderful partners at !

If you or someone you know is:
✨ Aged 16–24 with an EHCP
✨ Passionate about stepping into paid work in hospitality
✨ Ready to train at our Central London café (Covent Garden) 3 days a week
✨ Ready for 1 classroom day a week (Ealing or Barnet)..we want to hear from you! At Fair Shot, we believe everyone deserves a fair shot at employment, and these last few places won’t stay open for long.

Throwing back to an unforgettable day last week - Graduation 2026 🎉

The statistics are heartbreaking: Mencap reports that less than 6% of people with a learning disability are in paid work, mainly due to inaccessible hiring processes and a lack of workplace support.

Our amazing graduates are changing that reality. 🌟

Our 5th graduation last week wasn’t just a ceremony - it was proof of what happens when individuals are given a fair shot, equal access, and the right environment to thrive.

We couldn’t be prouder of our Class of 2026. Every graduate has worked hard to build their skills, and they are so ready to bring their talents to the workforce.

Most of our class of 2026 have already secured paid employment, with even more exciting offers coming in!

An inclusive workforce isn’t just a dream - it’s the future. ☕✨

Our Class of 2026 graduation was a day filled with joy,
tears, and celebration - and we couldn’t have done it alone. It truly takes a village, and we are incredibly lucky to have the best one.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our phenomenal supporters and suppliers who brought this beautiful day to life.

To every partner, mentor, and supporter who has cheered our graduates on this year: your belief in our mission is what drives us forward.
